This solution allows to manage more effectively and efficiently its human resources. The experience of SISQUALs team in implementing SISQUAL tools Meta4 Portugal (includes several technicians with more than 15 years of experience and maintenance for a number of large business groups) was a decisive factor for the decision. Furthermore, the high degree of satisfaction of existing customers SISQUAL with the services in this area reinforced the choice of SISQUAL. This project involves the development of administrative areas of Human Resources (recruitment, training, performance assessment and careers) and should be completed in January 2011. |
