APL deploys sisqual time&access and sisqual paperless-hr following the co-deployment with SISQUAL in 2008 of Meta4's HR payroll solution.

Despite the success of the last project, which has provided APL with large savings of work time dedicated to payroll, it was detected that some HR administrative tasks showed room for improvement, namely the process of leaves of absence and extra hours.
Therefore, and following a market analysis, APL chose SISQUAL and its products sisqual time&access and sisqual paperless-hr in order to minimise such work and simultaneously decrease possible miscommunication.
 sisqual time&access will allow APL to better deal with the processes of leaves of absence and extra hours, with automatic integration with its payroll system, hence drastically decreasing the time needed for this task. Furthermore, sisqual paperless-hr, a Web-based platform, enable all employees to present their reasons for absence, set their holiday plan, request shift changes, among other features, from anywhere in the world.
