Bahiana de Cardiologia Foundation, Salvador, Brazil, invests in Effective Team Management

On June 30th, the project of deployment of SISQUAL's effective team management at the hospital of Bahiana de Cardiologia Foundation was successfully finished. Chief nurse Vivane Wolfovitch, and Miss Glória Alves, HR Manager have put strong expections on SISQUAL's effective team management solution. “The first time I learned about maxpro I was rather impressed. As an experienced team leader in many different hospitals, I had never seen a solution that managed to comprise all the details of the process of team management, therefore greatly simplifying our work. Our favorite feature, however, is the Situation report, that shows at alny given time, all pending or uncomplying elements that need to be closed before the end of the shift” according to Miss Glória.
