Centro Hospitalar do Tâmega e Sousa decides for sisqual maxpro-hr solution
The Centro Hospitalar do Tâmega e Sousa chose sisqual maxpro-hr ™ to maximize the productivity of its human resources, guarantying a desired level o service and, and, the same time, reducing labour costs.
The Centro Hospitalar do Tâmega e Sousa, with a total of about 1,700 employees, bought SISQUAL’s solution for Team Planning and Management, sisqual maxpro-hr ™, together with the modules of Time and Attendance, sisqual time&access ™, and of Bidirectional Integration with the RHV ERP, sisqual salary-calc ™. With this software package the CHTS aims to achieve the maximization of productivity of its human resources, with the lowest possible cost, by:
- roster planning carried out safely and quickly by the team leaders, using existing auxiliary tools that alert whenever a legal and/or internal rule is infringed;
- roster planning can be audited by top management, with the possibility of simulating the cost of each roster before they are approved;
- significant reduction of overtime paid by closely controlling the balance of contract hours worked and of other compensation time buckets and also by increasing the level of staff sharing between team leaders;
- reduction in time spent by those elements of Human Resources department dedicated to salary processing by eliminating manual calculations related with absences, overtime, work during night period, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and leaves, prevention time, meal subsidies, time spent by medical staff at emergency department, etc., and by exporting all this information duly quantified and classified according to RH ERP codes
