Sisqual increases its presence in the retail sector with a new client. In fact, PC Clinic, a Retailer for computer and printers repair has acquired sisqual maxpro-hr ™ in order to manage schedules and people in stores. PC Clinic currently has 10 stores and more than 100 employees, and is growing fast. In 2011 PC Clinic repaired 66.458 machines and recently opened two more stores.
With sisqual maxpro-hr ™, PC Clinic expects to have a better control and visibility over schedules and to improve the salary calc process. As a result PC Clinic also expects improvement on client service and cost reduction.
